It all depends on your experience.
Starting out as a Stagehand, you’ll take on technical tasks that support the production:
You handle gear, transport, and storage.
Everything shows up on time.
You build stage design and set up branding.
Every detail matters.
You assemble platforms, ramps, and barriers.
You build the show from the ground up.
You assist artists and crew.
You work behind the scenes—like a ninja.
Then, after gaining experience, you can be promoted to roles such as:
You install lighting, sound, and multimedia.
You create the event’s atmosphere.
You control the forklift or aerial lift.
Without you, the gear won’t move.
You set up structures at height.
Adrenaline is your thing.
You coordinate the crew, manage time and quality.
You keep everything in check.
We offer competitive hourly rates based on your experience and responsibilities.
There’s no minimum number of hours per month — you decide when and how much you work. You pick your gigs in the Sinch system and build your schedule your way.
We also provide regular training to boost your skills and help you move up. It’s a smooth path to mastering new roles step by step.
If you’re looking to gain experience and be part of the most spectacular events — join us. See you at the event!
